No one has the right to hurt you. Unfortunately there are many individuals, both men and women, who are living with Domestic Violence in Florida. Victims feel shame when they find themselves in a relationship that is harmful. Don’t waste time! Our writers will create an original "My Protection From Domestic Violence in Florida" essay for you Create order They feel alone, and many times struggle to find a way out of the situation that they are in. There are ways that these individuals can find assistance to protect themselves and their children. An Orlando Divorce Attorney can assist you, even if you are not legally married to your abuser, by helping you to file for a domestic violence injunction, commonly known as a restraining order. If you are legally married, this order can affect parenting plans, child custody and, ultimately, the divorce order. What Situations Qualify for a Restraining Order? Being a victim does not only mean that you were physically hit or beaten. Florida law covers several abuse situations that qualify you for a restraining order. The following can also qualify: Physical abuse of any kind- kicking, hitting, slapping, biting, choking, hair pulling, etc; Sexual abuse; False imprisonment, kidnapping, and removal of the ability to seek help- such as hiding or removing phones, disabling phone and internet; Stalking a victim; Tresspassing; Repeated emotional or psychological abuse; or Threats or threatening behavior that put the recipient in fear for their safety. How Do You Obtain a Domestic Violence Injunction? The courts look at domestic violence as an emergency situation. To begin the process, an individual claiming abuse will file a Petition for Protection Against Domestic Violence. This is a fairly straight forward process whereby the abused individual recieves an opportunity to outline the reasons they are in fear from the other party. Before arriving, you want to be sure to gather as much evidence as you can to enter into your statement- including dates of incidents, witnesses to the abuse, and any police reports. One you have completed your statement, your case will be given immediate consideration. Your Orlando Divorce Attorney can help you to file your plea without your abuser being aware ahead of time. In many cases, a judge will sign off immediately, granting a temporary order. This temporary order will protect you until your court hearing. The abuser is served with the order as soon as it is signed, and will be unable to have any contact with you going forth. A hearing will then be held, giving the abuser the right to challenge the order and tell their side of the story. After hearing the evidence, the court will grant a permanent order, or cancel the temporary order if they feel the evidence is insufficient. How Do Respond if I am Served with a Domestic Violence Restraining Order? As with everything else, there are some situations when individuals seek restraining orders under false pretenses in an effort to gain some footing in a divorce or custody case. If you are served with an order, you need to immediately contact your Orlando Divorce Attorney to begin building your rebuttal to the accusations. At your court appearance, you will have to give testimony and provide evidence showing that your accuser has filed the injunction in bad faith. The court will look at the evidence presented by both parties in order to make a decision. Contact Your Orlando Divorce Attorney If you are experiencing domestic violence, your first move should be to protect yourself and your children. Once you are safe, even temporarily, you should move to file for a protective order. If you have been falsly served with a protective order, you need to move to gather evidence to prove your innocence. In either situation, contact your Orlando Divorce Attorney to protect you and your family.

Essay on Brainwashing of Constituents in George Orwells...

Eric Blair wrote the novel 1984 under the pseudonym George Orwell. The original title of 1984 was The Last Man in Europe, however, the title was changed for unknown purposes. It has been speculated that the change in title was done because it was a mere reversal of the last two digits of the year in which it was written. The novel was first received with conflicting acclamations and criticisms. Those who provided acclamation for the novel believed that it portrayed the impending possibility of the future and what it might bring. Some reviewers, however, disliked its dystopian satire of the class system, the power struggles of world leaders, nationalism, totalitarian regimes, and bureaucracy. Others panned it as nihilistic prophesy on the†¦show more content†¦Love and obedience can be shown for no other. Thought criminals were any Oceania citizens that were suspected of conspiring against Big Brother or The Party. Another activity that The Party established to instigate love for Big Brother was the Two Minute Hate. This endeavour created feelings of hatred that were steered toward a certain group of people called thought criminals. When first published, 1984 was viewed as an absurdly fictional novel. Readers thought that the ideas presented were exaggerated and would never be reality. However, it is exceedingly evident that it is no longer such a stretch of the imagination. In many places around the world, small and seemingly insignificant changes are being made that signify a slide toward totalitarianism. The first practice that makes this change seem apparent in the future is the use of hidden surveillance cameras. These seem to be consistent with the telescreens used in the novel. The Physics of Hockey Essays - 1344 Words

The Physics of Hockey Physics is everywhere. Consequently, physics is a part of sports and more specifically, hockey. As the scientific discoveries progressed with time, so did the advancements in the sport of hockey, reflecting on how important and influential science truly is. Physics takes part in the ice, the skates, the protective gear, the shots, goaltending, and all other aspects of ice hockey. Skates used to be more like skis. Players glided on the ice rather than actually skated. Artifacts also show the use of animal bones as skate blades as well. Currently, steal blades are used. There is a small arc groove on the blade that provides the friction needed to counteract the slipperiness of the ice (Hachà © 37). The†¦show more content†¦This does not mean that there is more heat but rather heat is applied more quickly (Hachà © 24). The most basic and necessary skill in hockey is skating. Skating is made possible thanks to Newton’s Third Law. With every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. The blade applies force on the ice and the ice pushes back on the blade causing a forward movement. To accelerate, players exert a strong force on the lower part of their bodies by leaning forward. â€Å"Gravity pulls down on a hockey players center of mass which ‘torques’ him forward† (Exploratorium 1). Skaters also skate and accelerate while turning. Centripetal force enables the player to lean inward and create a sharp turn (Hachà © 50). Acceleration is negative for a braking skater and is determined by the friction force on the skate blade. To achieve this, the skater turns their skates perpendicular to the direction of motion and digs the blade into the ice, creating the greatest resistive force. The blade scrapes a layer of ice off the surface and the player comes to a stop (Exploratorium 1). Another large part of the sport is the physical contact. Hockey can turn into a brutal game with 220 pound men checking each other left and right. Because these men have large masses and fast velocities, they have a lot of kinetic energy. The energy of each player before the collision is K =  ½ mv2 and afterward (because their collisions are inelastic) their total energy =  ½Show MoreRelatedPhysics Of The Field Of Medicine1381 Words   |  6 PagesThe study of physics over the last year has been intriguing and extremely valuable to my education to pursuer a career in the field of medicine. Framework of Leader Character in Organizations

Question: Discuss about the Framework of Leader Character in Organizations. Answer: Introduction: This paper is on writing the reflection about the learning experiences in a group. The project was completed by working in a group. Working in a group has specially benefited me in a lot of ways. Working in a group project has helped me in improving the power of getting mixed with the members and communicating with them (Levi, 2015). It helped me in learning the content as well as handling the material. I used to work on the questions as well as developing ideas with them. It was also very easy in figuring out the things for me while researching in a group. When we are discussing with a thing related to the topic it helped me very much in gaining knowledge of the subject in depth. Argument over certain topics helps me to reach to certain inference on the project which is very helpful in completing the project. The project or the assignment done in the group helped in increasing the productivity of the group. At first when I started working in a group I cannot adjust with the circumst ances and feel shaky with the conversation. Therefore when it was a troubling situation for me but I got adjusted with the time went by. It helped me in learning how to work co-operatively with the others and also helped me in gaining experience about taking good decisions in critical situations. According to me the suggestions for the students for getting through the project are student should draw ever group members on every members knowledge and skill. They should establish share goals so that it can be only fulfilled through collaboration. They should devote time especially on the skills of team work. They should evaluate the complexity of the project, break the task and divided among them, plan the strategy and limit the assignment deadline within a time frame. While working in the group they also should build an accountability of their own. While working in a group the communication as well as coordination plan improved a lot for me. At first when there was existing communication and coordination problem the working on the assignment hampered a lot. Therefore, as time goes on there was significant improvement in these skills. I also learned to work in an environment surrounded by other person doing the same job. The decision taking power of mine also increased as when a project is done in a group certain decisions are very much important for the completion of the project. The problems faced while doing the project are some member were there whose contribution was less. There was also existence of improper communication that raised severe issues within the team members. The conflicts were also raised between the team members at the starting of the project (Nahavandi, 2016). The group leader during the initial phase was having dominating personalities. But as the time went by every members of the group gain the knowledge about negotiation and compromise that lead to the successful complete of the project. The group leader of the project was the most impressive person because the way he handled the initial problem and turned the group into a successful one. His communication skill and the way of coordination were excellent (Crossan et al., 2017). He also took important decision at the right time that depicted his power of taking decisions. Water Conservation Issue in Agricultural Community †Free Samples

Question: Discuss about the Water Conservation Issue in Agricultural Community. Answer: The farming industry is facing various kinds of problems environmentally. The basic problems are related to water, soil, weather, sunlight. The increasing demand for water consumption globally has threatened the biodiversity and water supply. Although it is true that along with the population and economic growth, the demand for water has also grown. However, there are more major causes affecting the growth of plants in agriculture community. Water conservation is not the most important issue facing the agricultural community today. It is expected that if there is no measures taken for water conservation then there will be a huge scarcity of water in the future. The essay discusses about the major issues affecting plantation in agricultural community that are more important than water conservation. They try to hi-light that the agricultural community will face a huge scarcity of water if appropriate measures are not taken from now onwards. Atmosphere plays a vital role determining the agricultural success. Most of the crops depend on the weather to provide them with life-sustaining energy and water. If the weather is not suitable for the growth of crops then it can negatively affect the livestock and crops. The climatic changes including rainfall, storms and drought highly influence the agricultural productivity. According to Teixeira an extreme weather condition with enhanced green house effect can result to drought or torrential rain can affect the soil growth for a large scale. It also mentions that intense rain can reduce the capacity of soil for water consumption and create suitable condition for fungal infestations on leaf, tuber crops and roots. The sudden changes in temperature effect the plant growth. Imbalance in rainfall, snowfall or heat can give birth to bacterias that damage the crops (Eitzinger).Crops also get rotten due to the excess temperature changes taking place. According to Peltreand Clment the dr ought that had occurred in Canada has affected 27000 farmers and 6 million cattle. The article shows how the farmers are getting affected due the dry temperature. Soil is the basic need for plant growth. Plants respond to the soil condition and sends signals to the shoot to modify the plant structure based on soil condition. There are various types of soil like sand, clay and silt. Depending upon the plant requirements, they grow on the soil. Soil is a major threat for agriculture nowadays as soil pollution and deforestation is leading to soil erosion. According to Osman acids like sulphur dioxide and nitrogen oxide are contaminating the soils. Human activities as if acid drainage and mining are damaging the soil and making them unfit for plantation. Acid are killing the micro organisms present in the soil, which enhances the crop growth and agriculture. According to Thomaz South Americans believed in slashing and burning agriculture that led to washing of nutrients from the soil. They followed this method and left the soil to recover, but in such cases the soil taken a huge time (50 years) to regains it capacity of growing crops. Thus, soil i s a major factor for plantation and steps for soil conservation must be taken to prevent soil degradation. It is obvious that if there is no soil there cannot be any plantation. Along with weather and soil, water is also another major factor for crop cultivation. Although water conservation is not the most important factor for agriculture as water is available from rainfall and water bodies but sometimes water conservation can save the farmers in the period of crisis. Water conservation can be a saviour during droughts and water scarcity. The growing industry and agriculture is intensifying the limitation of water supply. Water conservation is a major way out for agricultural community to save water for their use. Water consumption helps the farmers to save money as during the crisis period many times water is supplies in exchange of money. Water conservation minimizes water pollution. It also saves energy that would be used to pump or treat the water (Abdulai, Awudu, and Wallace). Thus, it can be concluded that water conservation is a issue faced by the agricultural community but there are few other important issues which influences the agriculture field in a huge scale. The weather and soil condition plays a vital role for crop growth. The weather condition determines the favourable time, quantity and quality of crop growth. Due to global warming, the weather condition is effecting crop growth. At the same time, soil is the bed for plantation. Favourable soil condition is the most vital thing for plant growth. Soil pollution and contamination are making the soil unfit for cultivation. Crop cultivation will end if the soil conditions are not made suitable for crop growth. Although water is a major factor for crop cultivation and waterconservation, is a saviour in a crisis period but there are few more important factors at threat and are becoming a major issue for agricultural community.
