Question: Discuss about the Framework of Leader Character in Organizations. Answer: Introduction: This paper is on writing the reflection about the learning experiences in a group. The project was completed by working in a group. Working in a group has specially benefited me in a lot of ways. Working in a group project has helped me in improving the power of getting mixed with the members and communicating with them (Levi, 2015). It helped me in learning the content as well as handling the material. I used to work on the questions as well as developing ideas with them. It was also very easy in figuring out the things for me while researching in a group. When we are discussing with a thing related to the topic it helped me very much in gaining knowledge of the subject in depth. Argument over certain topics helps me to reach to certain inference on the project which is very helpful in completing the project. The project or the assignment done in the group helped in increasing the productivity of the group. At first when I started working in a group I cannot adjust with the circumst ances and feel shaky with the conversation. Therefore when it was a troubling situation for me but I got adjusted with the time went by. It helped me in learning how to work co-operatively with the others and also helped me in gaining experience about taking good decisions in critical situations. According to me the suggestions for the students for getting through the project are student should draw ever group members on every members knowledge and skill. They should establish share goals so that it can be only fulfilled through collaboration. They should devote time especially on the skills of team work. They should evaluate the complexity of the project, break the task and divided among them, plan the strategy and limit the assignment deadline within a time frame. While working in the group they also should build an accountability of their own. While working in a group the communication as well as coordination plan improved a lot for me. At first when there was existing communication and coordination problem the working on the assignment hampered a lot. Therefore, as time goes on there was significant improvement in these skills. I also learned to work in an environment surrounded by other person doing the same job. The decision taking power of mine also increased as when a project is done in a group certain decisions are very much important for the completion of the project. The problems faced while doing the project are some member were there whose contribution was less. There was also existence of improper communication that raised severe issues within the team members. The conflicts were also raised between the team members at the starting of the project (Nahavandi, 2016). The group leader during the initial phase was having dominating personalities. But as the time went by every members of the group gain the knowledge about negotiation and compromise that lead to the successful complete of the project. The group leader of the project was the most impressive person because the way he handled the initial problem and turned the group into a successful one. His communication skill and the way of coordination were excellent (Crossan et al., 2017). He also took important decision at the right time that depicted his power of taking decisions.
